1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed via bipolarberlin.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

3. Conclusion of Contract

The products displayed in the online shop are not binding offers. By placing an order, you submit a binding purchase offer. We confirm receipt of the order by email. The contract is concluded when we explicitly accept your order or dispatch the goods.


4. Prices & Payment

  • All prices include VAT where applicable.

  • Shipping costs are displayed during checkout.

  • Accepted payment methods: Klarna, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and major credit cards.

  • Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for purchase.


5. Delivery

  • Shipping within Germany is free of charge.

  • Shipping within Europe costs €4.99 per order.

  • Delivery time: approx. 4–6 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Risk of accidental loss passes to the customer upon handover to the carrier.


6. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a legal right of withdrawal of 14 days.


7. Retention of Title

Goods remain property of Bipolar Berlin GmbH until full payment is received.


8. Warranty & Liability

  • Statutory warranty rights apply for 24 months.

  • We are not liable for damages caused by misuse or normal wear & tear.

  • Liability for damages is limited to intent and gross negligence.

  • Liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.


9. Contract Language / Storage

Contract language is German. The contract text is not stored by us and cannot be accessed after the order is completed.


10. Online Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for Online Dispute Resolution (ODR):

We are not obliged to participate in dispute settlement proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
