Right of Withdrawal

You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

Returns

• You can return items directly within the 14-day period – no prior contact is required.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging, including all tags.

• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

• Please make sure to include the address with the “Returns Department” addition – otherwise your return cannot be processed.

• We recommend using insured shipping with tracking.

Refunds
